The news just keeps getting better!!!

Since last weekend.....I have been having this feeling that my friend AB from back home had a stork delivery and I finally got official word that she did! Congrats AB and BB for your new wonderful bundle of joy! I wish you all well and lots of happiness! I really wish I was there to be with you and meet baby!

I am sooo happy and thrilled by this news!!!!

Thank you room gods for granting me this new 270sq.ft area!!! (Yup I measure....well SAJF did ....except he measured in his country's (most countries) sq. meters (24). I have lived lots of places and my dad is always asking me about the measurements....and I never know. THIS is the first time I have wanted to know and measure! Wooo hoooo

Another UK-lesson I learned my big windows ...I was calling them bay windows. Until someone here corrected me and said actually they are bow window...which is a curved bay window.

A year ago......a plane....a billion bags of luggage.....

A year ago......a plane....a billion bags of luggage.....

A year ago AG and I took the plane that brought me to the UK and then we took the EuroStar for some fun in Paris. I remember having fun and enjoying Paris and the company of AG.........yet having a lingering knot in the back of my stomach constantly asking "What am I doing?" ... "Can I do this?"

Well I can and I am doing what I am suppose to be doing right now in this moment in time. Knowing and doing that is a great thing and it makes and the Ups----more enjoyable and the Downs---- more bearable.

My suggestion is Stop putting "It" or "the thing" off and do it .....or at least start taking steps towards doing it. If you start and realize that you want to stop well at least you STARTED!

Shuffle it up or Loop Loop Loop

I have times where I love the shuffle option on my ipod. My mind is restless and I have no attention span.....it is like endless remote usage on the TV. It is also great because you are reintroduced to songs you have not heard in a while.

Then I have other times where is is one (well maybe 1-5songs) that are similar in style and I play them OVER AND OVER AND OVER again on a loop for hours and days. This is usually when I am really stressed and can’t process lots of different songs and changes of tunes. I think this is like the safety blanket and you feel comforted

It has been chilly here.....oh yeah cause Hell froze over!

I am close to finishing my report.....it is the little touches that take the longest.

For the past month and a half hell has frozen over cuase..... I have bought my friends old bike and have been riding it around.

I bought this for coaching purposes as I need to ride along the river and yell at the crews but now that I got the needed repairs to the bike.....like a new tire cause I was riding on the rims, and the seat raised as it was suited for someone that is 5'2 and well I AM NOT 5'2 and the chain oiled and gears fixed and the brakes now work!!!! Woahhhhh it is like a new bike....man if someone told me that getting your bike tuned up makes it a nicer ride I would have done weeks ago! ;)

My bike is still nameless .....it will come to me soon! I will take a picture tomorrow to show you all! It is an old bike which is what I wanted and it has a basket in the front!

I have been riding it around a lot more cause ....man it is soooo much faster than walking and also I have very short distances to go so it is not too dangerous.

It is just like riding a bike!
