Resolution--keeping my brain intack.....

So far I have kept my Resolution......for two days......I think this one will be a keeper. I have decided to stop being a complete idiot and wear my bike helmet; that I have never worn up until this point.
I bought a helmet before I got a bike....it is a cool purple one (my favorite color....so really I have NO REASON)
I was stupid and had plenty of excuses....
I don't ride that far......
It is uncomfortable.....
I don't want to look stupid.....
I look bad in it.....
I can't really wear it cause I have curly hair.....(What the hell is that one?)
My hair will get ruined.....

Well folk those are all really really lame.
I will be uncomfortable, look stupid and bad......if I get a head injury. My brains on the side of the pavement or some truck WILL be more of a problem than my hair style!!!
With this I have also had 5-8 of my friends buy and start wearing helmets! YEAH us!!! We are all really cool together now!!! I am hoping that my wonderful new beau M will wear one...but he is not really a fan of the idea.
