one pebble at a time

Exactly one month ago today....I boarded the plane with 200 pounds of luggage to come here.

And I have
1. Met a baroness
2. Seen the Peak District
3. Done Archery
4. Rowed on the River Cam
5. Punted on the River Cam
6. Got a UK Mobile number
7. figured out the multi-regional DVD system
8. Avoided been hit by a bike or car!
9. Have seen a film
10. Half way there on the bank account thing
11. London Boat Cruise on River Thames
12. Gone out to 15 Pubs
13. First Presentation

Today I gave my first talk for the lecture series I am in and it went well considering
A) I had no idea about this topic and
B) I was giving my talk to the expert/author for this topic.
