Walk don't Drive.....

I have decided that I don't really miss driving too much if at all.

I will say that what I save on Gas money here I make up in long distance phone calls/cards. I guess I am destined to always be "driver" on some one-way street/ relationships. However this has ended as my New Years Resolution has started.

Here: The only unevenness I can think of is those with bikes (majority) and those without. But even with that scenario my friends here happily and patiently walk their bikes along with me (my bike-less self) as we chat and stroll around....just as I happily wait and help them apply the fifteen locks to their bikes.

I will work to maintain this even-ness two-way relationship strategy when I return someday. I am much less stressed this way and it is more rewarding relationship.

For now I am a poor student; it is time for me to be worth someone else’s "gas money" and "driving around".
